According to The Financial Times, we definitely offer a delicious gourmet experience in the Kafue National Park. International, Zambian and Italian specialties are prepared by our chefs every day. Meat, fish and crayfish cooked to your tastes, homemade gnocchi and tagliatelle, pizza and bread in a ground oven, traditional Zambian recipes… We love fresh food and we want to support local micro-economy. That’s why most of our supplies come from local fishermen, village markets and small farms.
Special requirements, like vegetarian meals or coeliac diet, can be catered for. And we can always organize a cooking class with our chefs if you want to learn how to prepare one of our specialties.
