Meat, fish and crayfish cooked at your choice, homemade gnocchi and tagliatelle, pizza and bread in a ground oven, traditional Zambian recipes… We love fresh food and we want to support local micro-economy. That’s why most of our supplies comes from local fishermen, village markets and small farms.
